Walker McLear serves as a Development Manager for BMC. Prior to joining the firm, Ms. McLear was a Development Manager with Northwood Ravin, a vertically integrated development, construction, and property management firm based in Charlotte, NC that specializes in developing mixed-use multifamily projects throughout the Southeast.

During her 6 years with Northwood Ravin, Walker's core responsibilities focused on managing all phases of development on new multifamily projects in the Charlotte, Tampa, and Orlando markets. Walker holds a B.S. in Finance from the College of Charleston.
