Tiffany Stanley serves as a Managing Director, Head of Asset Management for BMC. Ms. Stanley has over 26 years of experience in the real estate industry, including more than 20 years in executive-level roles. She has led teams ranging from 10 to 550 and managed more than 30,000 housing units over the course of her career. Tiffany specializes in managing operations and strategy for complex rental real estate portfolios. She is known for engaging employees, developing successful teams, and creating positive, execution-driven cultures.

Before coming to BMC, Tiffany worked at Steadfast Apartment REIT for 3 years as the Executive Vice President and oversaw all aspects of property operations, including revenue management, procurement, and capital facilities operations. Prior, from 2005 to 2018, Tiffany served as a regional manager for Camden Property Trust. Ms. Stanley built her high-performing team of 60+ individuals from the ground up, leading them in efforts including new property acquisition, new development, and resident retention optimization.
