Rob Sylvia serves as a Senior CapEx & Renovations Manager for BMC. Mr. Sylvia is responsible for the success of renovations, capital improvement projects, and maintenance operations across the portfolio.

Rob joined the company in 2022 and brings over 18 years of experience in the multifamily industry. Prior to BMC, he worked at Independence Realty Trust (IRT) in a similar role.
