Tiffany Stanley Managing Director, Head of Property Management

Tiffany Stanley has over 26 years of experience in the property management industry, including more than 20 years in executive-level roles. She has led teams ranging from 10 to 550 and managed more than 30,000 housing units over the course of her career.

Tiffany specializes in managing operations and strategy for complex rental real estate portfolios. She is known for engaging employees, developing successful teams, and creating positive, execution-driven cultures.

Tiffany has worked at Steadfast Apartment REIT since 2018. Originally Steadfast’s VP of Operational Initiatives, she now serves as Executive Vice President and oversees all aspects of property operations, including revenue management, procurement, and capital facilities operations. She leads a team of 550 associates and manages 25,000 apartments across 80 communities. When the pandemic struck in 2020, Tiffany built and implemented one of the industry’s first COVID resident payment plan programs, facilitating over $1.9M in payment plans in 2020. She increased 2020 YOY revenue 2.6% and net operating income 4.4% despite the economic downturn.

Prior, from 2005 to 2018, Tiffany served as a regional manager for Camden Property Trust. There she created and managed strategic performance plans for 8 communities comprised of over 2,600 apartments. Tiffany built her high-performing team of 60+ individuals from the ground up, leading them in efforts including new property acquisition, new development, and resident retention optimization.

From 2001 to 2005, Tiffany was a district manager for Team Asset Management Corp., where she managed a headcount of 55 and a portfolio of 8 communities containing over 1,800 units. There, she trained teams, developed regular communications, and built marketing, reporting, and capital project programs.

Before leaving to join Team Asset Management, Tiffany was an HOA manager for Vista Management from July to December 2001. She led all meetings for the board of directors and managed 1,000 single-family homes across 5 associations.

Tiffany’s first full-time management position was as a community manager for Dermot Realty Management Co. from 1998 to 2001. There she managed a new 336-unit lease-up community with a staff of 10. Earlier roles included Leasing Consultant for Metric Property Management (1997–1998), where she was awarded Top Leasing Professional, and Assistant Manager at Lincoln Property Co. (1995–1996), where she performed all leasing tasks on a 170-unit community and assumed management duties during disposition.
