Max Bresner is a partner and serves as Chief Operating Officer for BMC Investments and BLDG Management. Prior to joining BMC and BLDG, Max was a Development and Asset Manager for Fisher Brothers where he was responsible for the acquisition, development and construction of mixed-use residential projects in excess of $200 million in New York City. These transactions included, among others, the acquisition and development of Warren Lofts in TriBeca, the disposition of mezzanine debt collateralized by the Essex House Hotel on Central Park South, and the purchase at bankruptcy auction of 101 West 87th Street on Manhattan’s Upper West Side.
Prior to Fisher Brothers, Mr. Bresner worked for White Acre Equities where he successfully launched a New York City based student housing organization. He has extensive experience underwriting, structuring and overseeing real estate transactions across a wide spectrum of asset types and classes. Mr. Bresner grew up in the suburbs of New York City and earned a B.S. in Real Estate and Finance from the University of Denver.
