Nina Najmabadi serves as an Assistant Development Manager for BMC where she is responsible for project oversight and development execution across BMC’s development strategies. Prior to her role at BMC, Nina focused on development of for-sale housing in the Denver market working for Generation Development and redT Homes. She is also a licensed architect with over eight years of experience overseeing entitlements, design, and construction management, successfully delivering projects across a wide range of asset classes, including multifamily, office, retail, and single family residential. She holds a B.A. in Literature from the University of Florida and a M. Arch degree from the University of Colorado Denver.
