Mike Concordia serves as a Development Manager for BMC, where he is responsible for project oversight and development execution across BMC’s development strategies. Prior to BMC, Mike spent several years at Haselden, a Denver-based construction company, where he focused on both construction and development.

Mike started his career in construction management, working closely with project teams to build a variety of asset classes across the Front Range. He later transitioned to an Acquisitions and Development Manager, where he gained an extensive background in land acquisitions, contract negotiations, financial analysis, and capital raising. Mike was also responsible for managing the due diligence, design, entitlements, and construction for multifamily and build-to-rent projects in Arizona and Colorado. 

Mike holds a B.S. in European Studies with a minor in German from Bates College and a Master’s Degree in Real Estate from the University of Denver.
