Mark Foster serves as the Vice President of Development for BMC. Prior to joining BMC, Mr. Foster was the Managing Director for The True-Life Companies, a national land development and home building firm. He led a multi-disciplinary team through successful land acquisitions, entitlements, and land development for both mix-use and single-family development, totaling approximately 1,400 units. Before True-Life Companies, he was the Development Manager for Topgolf where he was responsible for managing the pre-construction and development of 10 to 12 sites per year in major markets across the United States. Mark also served as Development Land Acquisition Manager at Forum Real Estate Group, where he managed site acquisitions for development in Denver, Portland, Minneapolis, and Austin.

Mark is an experienced senior team leader with a diversified background in real estate investments, acquisitions, market strategy, and development. With key leadership roles in nearly $1B of completed commercial and residential projects. Mark holds an MBA with a focus in Corporate/Strategic Finance from the University of Denver, Daniels College of Business. He also earned a Master’s degree in Real Estate Finance and Construction Management from the University of Denver, Burns School of Real Estate and Construction Management.
