Ken Leeds

EXEC. VICE PRESIDENT, CONSTRUCTION

Ken Leeds serves as an Executive Vice President of Construction for BMC. Throughout his forty-plus year career, Mr. Leeds has overseen the construction of assets valued at more than $1 Billion. Prior to joining the BMC team in 2016, Ken was the General Superintendent for PCL Construction from 2013 to 2016 overseeing the construction of multiple residential, mixed-use and commercial projects.

Recent notable projects for Ken include: University of Colorado Hospital at Anschutz, The Leprino Building at Anschutz, Lion at Vail – mixed-use condo development and Moto a mixed-use multi-family development. His resume includes various co-location facilities, education and administration buildings, high-rise office projects and multiple healthcare facilities.

Born in New York, NY, raised in Reno, NV and a former linebacker for Boise State Ken is comfortable with tackling projects on and off of the construction site. An avid Yogi, skier and backpacker Ken enjoys time with his wife Rindy, their three children and three grandchildren.
