Joseph Allen serves as a Senior Associate on the Investment Team for BMC. Mr. Allen is responsible for underwriting and executing on new acquisition and development opportunities. Prior to joining BMC, Joseph worked for PEBB Enterprises and CP Group, where he oversaw the underwriting and due diligence of new deals.

He holds a B.A. in Economics with a minor in Political Science from Lake Forest College and an M.S. in Real Estate Finance from New York University.
