Jason Decker serves as a Senior Vice President of Asset Management for BMC. Mr. Decker is responsible for the execution of business plans for the Work Force Multifamily portfolio. Jason has over 18 years of experience in multifamily, having previously held leadership positions with several firms, most notably at LivCor and Aimco. He has a well-known presence in the Colorado and western state markets which will provide BMC with a leg-up when it comes to maximizing the investments and managing the Operating Partner relationships.

Jason holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Colorado State University. In his spare time, Jason enjoys spending time with his wife and two young daughters. When not consumed with faith and community activities, he and his family can be found traveling or hosting extended family for weekend gatherings.
