Jarrett Posner is a founding partner and Chairman of the Board for BMC. Mr. Posner has a successful track record as an owner, operator and developer of residential and commercial real estate where he has been involved in more than $2 billion in transactions over his career. He is also a co-managing partner of Posner Group, which is engaged in real estate investment and development activities in South Florida and elsewhere.

After living in New York City for more than 25 years, Mr. Posner relocated to Miami Beach, Florida in 2021. While in NYC, he partnered on the development of several luxury condominium projects in downtown Manhattan. Previously, Mr. Posner spent a decade as a senior partner at a global macro hedge fund and before that as a Senior executive at Triarc Companies, Inc. (a NYSE listed company at the time).

Mr. Posner received a B.A in Economics from Brown University and has been an active philanthropist with a focus on educational causes.
