Greg Iturreria serves as a Managing Director, Head of Development for BMC. Mr. Iturreria has over 21 years of experience in the real estate and construction industry and managed over 130 projects with a total construction value of $2.5B from design to completion. Greg is a licensed general contractor and specializes in putting employees first, managing multiple priorities, and meeting deadlines. He is known for building successful teams around the strengths of its individuals.

Prior to BMC, Greg spent over ten years at Colorado Urban Builders, LLC, which he founded and served as Principal. Greg oversaw all aspects of property development and construction management, including multifamily, retail, office, and hospitality. Prior to Colorado Urban Builders, he spent several years at Bold Ventures, LLC and Urban Ventures, LLC. Greg graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Economics from University of Colorado Denver.
