Chris Kozina

VICE PRESIDENT, CAPEX AND RENOVATIONS

Chris Kozina serves as Vice President of CapEx and Renovations for BMC. Mr. Kozina is responsible for the overall capital improvement and renovation projects. Prior to joining BMC, Chris was Vice President of Construction at the Laramar Group where he directed all capital investments across their portfolio. Before Laramar Group, he spent 11 years at Air Communities leading interior renovations and capital upgrades across their 25,000-unit portfolio. Throughout his career, he has been responsible for the investment of over $500M in capital upgrades and has renovated over 6,000 apartment homes.

Chris specializes in driving process improvement and standardization for all phases of the construction process and has implemented numerous initiatives to improve operational efficiency. Chris holds a Master of Business Administration from the University of Colorado Leeds School of Business and a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance from Case Western Reserve University.
