Project Details
BMC partnered with Sage Hospitality to develop HALCYON, a hotel in Cherry Creek. The project began in the Fall 2014 and was delivered in August 2016. The boutique features 154 luxurious rooms, state of the art meeting and event space, a roof-top deck, fitness center and valet parking. Departure, an Asian-themed restaurant out of Portland, OR as well as Quality Italian, a steakhouse out of New York, NY occupy the project’s 11,000 square feet of street-level retail space. This is the first hotel to open in the neighborhood in more than a decade and was designed to enhance the travel and community experience in Cherry Creek North.
