Project Details

BMC Investments broke ground on the 8-story office tower with ground-floor retail and public courtyard in late 2017 and completed construction in Spring 2019. The project was the first all glass curtain wall office building in Cherry Creek. The building was fully leased before construction completion to credit tenants such as, Amazon Books, BMC Investments, Bow River Capital and UBS Financial.
