BMC Investments, in partnership with Bow River Capital acquired the 2-story retail building at the northwest corner of 2nd Avenue and Detroit Street in the iconic Cherry Creek North neighborhood. The site is slated for redevelopment and plans call for an 8-story 70,000 square floor office tower with 5,000 square feet of ground-floor retail. The project will conform to the current C-CCN-8 zoning and will utilize the 15 percent open space requirement creating an activated public courtyard for the community. Haselden Construction has been engaged as the General Contractor and 4240 Architects has been selected to design the building.
