Cartter Berg is a Senior Vice President of Investments at BMC. In his role, Mr. Berg is responsible for sourcing, evaluating and closing real estate acquisition opportunities along with leading expansion efforts into new markets across the United States. Prior to joining BMC, Mr. Berg was a Director at Eastdil Secured for 14 years in San Francisco and Denver, where he successfully negotiated and closed on over $16B in equity and debt transactions throughout the Western United States. He was a key member in the formation of Eastdil’s Denver office, overseeing the Mountain West region and served as market lead for transactions across all product types.

Mr. Berg graduated from the Foster School of Business at the University of Washington with a B.A. in Business Finance and a minor in Environmental Studies.
