Alan Smith serves as a CapEx & Renovations Manager for BMC. Mr. Smith is responsible for the success of renovations, capital improvement projects, and maintenance operations across the portfolio. He holds a Certified Apartment Maintenance Technician (CAMT) certification from the National Apartment Association.

Alan joined the company in 2022 and brings over 15 years of experience in multifamily operations and maintenance. Prior to BMC, he worked at Steadfast Management Company as a Facilities Training Manager.
